Burns Night is a nationwide Scottish cultural celebration held annually on January 25th, commemorating the birthday of Scotland's most celebrated national poet, Robert Burns. Born on January 25, 1759, Burns authored timeless works such as "Auld Lang Syne." The occasion is highly regarded both in Scotland and among Scottish communities worldwide, taking the form of a grand supper that blends poetry, music, food, and national pride.
