Building Hire

Are you looking for a location to run your event? The BISC building is available for regular or one-off hire.

What is included? 

The hire of our building includes full use of our meeting space, garden, projection system, car parking and our kitchen, subject to your provision of food hygiene certification. Please contact bisc@bisc.org.uk for more information on what we have to offer.

Pricing

We have 3 different gradings of room hire prices for the BISC building. These are as follows:

• If you are hiring our building for business or secular charity use, our hire rate is £375 per day.

• If you are hiring our building for general Christian ministry which accords with our statement of faith, the hire rate is £225 per day.

• If you are hiring our building for international Christian ministry work our rate is £150 per day.

Hire slots of less than a full day are available and this is reflected in reduced costings, but these are still calculated according to the purpose of your use. Please contact us for a specific estimate.
